Culture is a connected system of six components that, when designed and operationalized, create an intentional and self-sustaining workplace. In Great Mondays’ Culture Design Mini-Semester, each session addresses one of the 6 components so that by the end you’ll have a plan, the tools, and the confidence to design your organization’s culture.

THE DETAILS The online training is structured in a “flipped classroom” style, where participants use class time to run their own culture challenges through a series of proven exercises. Instructor Josh Levine is live with the group for each class so participants have the opportunity to ask questions, get live coaching, and connect with other culture designers. All sessions are accessible via video and audio so you can participate from anywhere. And if you happen to miss a class, no problem: they’ll each be recorded and archived so you’ll always have access to the materials.
